Kangyoukaixin IP Telephone Recording Management System comes standard with a 1TB hard drive, featuring a removable design that allows users to optionally configure 2TB/4TB hard drives. Users can start using it directly after connecting the lines properly. It boasts powerful functions such as incoming call records, outgoing call records, incoming call pop-ups, cloud storage backup, and recording query and statistics. Equipped with a Linux (or Kylin V10) system and an industrial-grade embedded system, it operates independently, ensuring safety and reliability.
The system adopts a B/S architecture, allowing any computer to manage recording devices, check real-time device operation status, and play back recording files via a browser—no additional software installation is required on the computer.
Permissions are assigned according to user levels to strictly prohibit unauthorized operations. Meanwhile, the system automatically saves operation information to system logs for future inquiry.

- Recording Statistics: Supports analysis and statistics on the number of recordings (incoming calls, outgoing calls, answered calls, missed calls) and call duration for each channel.
