Recording service: Supports recording for E1 (SS7/PRI) and allows simultaneous recording for 4 E1 lines.
Recording query: Enables composite query of recording results based on various conditions, such as line channel number, call time, call duration, called number, local number, agent ID, agent group number, missed calls, etc. It also supports fuzzy query.
Recording statistics: Supports analysis and statistics of the number of recordings (incoming, outgoing, answered, missed) and call duration for each channel.
