KYKX9900-D3 Digital Program-controlled Dispatcher is a new-generation converged dispatching product developed by Nanjing Kangyou Kaixin Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. It features a 19-inch 3U standard chassis structure, allowing unlimited access to multiple dispatch consoles. Equipped with a more powerful and flexible ARM control core, it supports dual-loop functions and can link with multiple systems such as video, voice, alarm systems, and wireless radio stations. It is widely applicable to various scenarios including industrial and mining enterprises, government agencies and institutions, military forces, public security, electric power, coal mines, petrochemicals, railways, banks, hotels, office buildings, and schools.
KYKX9900-D3 is an intelligent multi-layer converged communication dispatching system, supporting cascading expansion to two frames of equipment running simultaneously. Adopting a design without sub-control boards, a single MCU main control board can complete the operation control of two frames of equipment. Its powerful integrated modular and functional design enables KYKX9900-D3 to support more types of service boards: FXS, FXO, IPS, IPO, E1, EM, carrier trunks, magneto trunks, REC recording boards, HF trunking gateway boards, AUD audio interface boards, DMB broadcasting system boards, ALM dry contact alarm boards, and RLD converged linkage system boards, which can meet various application scenarios of users.

System Advantages
- Open Architecture & Independent Control: Adopts the standard SIP protocol with a digitally open architecture for flexible expansion and independent control.
- Flexible Deployment: Based on IP network architecture, supports cross-network and cross-router deployment (LAN or Internet) via wired or wireless IP networks.
- High Integration, Centralized Control & Efficient Collaboration: Integrates functional modules such as voice communication, broadcasting, integrated administrative and dispatch functions, and recording.
- Customizable Interfaces & Flexible Expansion: Provides an open SDK for future development of new business functions and integration with third-party platforms.
- Powerful Dispatch Integration: Kangyou Kaixin converged communication dispatch system integrates TDM architecture with IP networks, offering an all-in-one solution for multimedia dispatch services (voice dispatch, video linkage dispatch, conference calls, SMS notifications, broadcast notifications, trunked intercom dispatch, gas alarm linkage, etc.). It supports integration with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency plans, and GIS systems to form a robust multimedia communication platform.
Key Dispatch Functions
- Voice Dispatch: Enables dispatch of analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, etc., via the dispatch console, with functions including individual call, group call, sequential call, conference call, intrusion, disconnection, auto-answer, monitoring, muting, transfer, roll call, and call pickup.
- Video Dispatch: One-click dispatch allows binding IP/analog cameras with communication terminals (landlines, mobile phones). When the console calls a terminal, the system displays the corresponding monitoring video, realizing integrated audio-visual command and dispatch.
- Broadcast Dispatch: Supports voice notifications, public broadcasting, voice 喊话,TTS text-to-speech broadcasting, priority broadcasting, command broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, and task-based broadcasting. Emergency broadcasting can be triggered manually (or automatically) during emergencies, with video linkage support. Custom scheduled broadcasting plans (time, region, content) can be preset. Leaders/dispatchers can broadcast via landlines, mobile phones, or consoles, with support for multiple simultaneous audio sources and microphones.
- SMS Dispatch: Dispatchers can manually send SMS to mobile terminals via the console. In emergencies, the system automatically sends individual/group SMS according to preset plans.
- Trunked Dispatch: Supports hybrid wired/wireless intercom networking, enabling communication between landlines, mobile phones, and walkie-talkies (dial-up or one-click call). Compatible with various walkie-talkie models and standards; supports walkie-talkie-triggered broadcast.
- Alarm Dispatch: When danger is detected, the alarm system automatically sends signals to the command platform (or manual one-click alarm), triggering audio-visual alerts on the console and automatic danger broadcasts in relevant areas.
- Plan Dispatch: Upon receiving help/fire alarms, preset plans are activated (e.g., auto-calling relevant personnel/leaders, sending reminder SMS, playing emergency broadcasts).
- GIS Integration: Uses GIS for location tracking of terminals. The console enables one-click calls to terminal locations and displays bound monitoring videos.
- Integrated Administrative & Dispatch Functions: Supports unified and hierarchical dispatch, covering daily office communication, production dispatch, emergency dispatch, and monitoring of communication terminals.
- Standard IP Networking: Internally, IP-compatible devices/terminals can be deployed anywhere with IP/wireless coverage. Externally, it connects to IMS platforms via IP or to remote communication devices via IPO, supporting centralized/distributed deployment.
- Zone Management: Terminals can be categorized by region for flexible management and dynamic adjustments.
