Replace some traditional analog phones with IP network phones in the company's existing communication environment, while retaining some traditional analog phones.
Functional Diversification

Solutions
Under the condition of LAN interconnection, use Kangyou Kaixin IPPBX communication software. All the retained analog lines are made into telephone crystal heads, connected to the O-port voice gateway, and then registered to the IPPBX server.
The retained analog telephones register extension numbers through the S-port voice gateway, and the S-port voice gateway is then registered to the IPPBX server. The replaced analog lines are changed to trunk IMS lines. An optical fiber for the IMS line applied from the operator is connected to the optical-to-electrical conversion device applied from the operator, and the outgoing network cable is directly connected to the IPPBX server.
Register the newly applied line resources to our IPPBX system through SIP registration. Employees using IMS lines are all equipped with IP phones, which are registered on the IPPBX, realizing functions such as free internal calls between analog phone extensions and IP phone extensions, and shared IVR processes.

API interfaces are provided, which can be connected with other management systems to provide data services for incoming call appointments and telephone return visits.
