The Kangyou Kaixin hybrid IP telephone recording system supports simultaneous mixed recording of FXS/FX0/E1/IP, simulating a maximum of 64 channels, with a maximum of 4 E1 channels and a maximum concurrent 64 IP channels. When users only need to record the calls between the internal and external parts of an enterprise, the trunk line recording solution is very suitable. The terminal devices that need to be recorded are IP phones or soft terminals, and recording can be realized through the port mirroring function based on the switch. If it is necessary to record a switch in the local area network, the local port mirroring recording scheme can be adopted; if it is necessary to record multiple switches in the local area network, the remote mirroring recording scheme can be adopted.
The switch ports connected to IP phones and soft terminal PCs are used as mirrored ports, and the port connected to the recording server is used as the observation port. The bidirectional data packets of the mirrored ports are copied to the observation port, and the recording server starts or stops the recording of each call according to the SIP signaling.
