Recently, our company has completed the demand for functional development of the telephone recording system project for Chongqing Everbright Bank. The specific requirements are as follows:
The equipment supports 64 channels and above for recording, with a hard disk that can store more than 20,000 hours of data, and can be remotely managed via local area network and the Internet. It supports functions such as real-time monitoring, pop-up screen dialing, one-click outbound calling, and real-time backup.
For incoming call numbers, after detection, they are pushed to the server in real time.
During the call, the other party's voice is stripped off in real time, and the RTP language is pushed to the server in real time.
After hanging up, the recording of both parties' conversation + the separate recording file of the other party + the separate recording file of oneself are immediately pushed to the server.
After being pushed to the server (the file name is uniformly date_port number_called number.wav), specific retrieval and query can be carried out.
In addition to the basic functions of the telephone recording system, our company has carried out secondary development according to the specific needs of the customer and successfully completed the docking work.
